I’ve known Charlie for over 20 years now, so when he mentioned that he was getting ready to propose to Baleigh, naturally we were going to have to find a way to get it photographed. We went tossed around ideas for a while, then he got a date set, and we got the plan in motion. The day of we scouted locations around Downtown Houston, and then it was time to do the dang thing. We were able to pull it off and she didn’t suspect a thing!
